As one of the largest distributors of colour management products in the world, we aim to have the majority of products in stock at all times.

All orders received before 3pm GMT will be dispatched on the same day (subject to stock availability) and you will receive a dispatch confirmation email detailing the method of shipment.

Your order will normally arrive in 2-3 working days, although in some areas we are able to guarantee next day delivery and in other cases, outside main conurbations, delivery can take up to 7 days.

Saturday deliveries can be arranged on request; please contact our Sales office on 0800 977 4167 for further information. There is usually a supplementary charge for this service.

Carriage charges are calculated during the checkout process and the correct charge will display once your destination country and address have been chosen.

We reserve the right to impose a carriage surcharge on certain bulky items, including monitors and printers, on overseas deliveries, or where the destination address is outside our normal areas. You will be informed by email if your order has attracted a surcharge and given the opportunity to agree to the additional carriage cost or to cancel your order.

Deliveries to certain countries outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to import taxes/duties. These costs must be paid directly by the customer. Please note that refusal to pay these charges may result in your goods being held by Customs. As this is beyond the control of Colour Confidence we are unable to issue refunds on this basis, and any such orders will be considered completed.

Free Shipping Promotions

Occasionally Colour Confidence will run promotions offering free shipping on orders. During these promotions, place your order as normal and the cost of shipping will be deducted automatically from your total. The following exceptions apply:

• All products weighing over 5kg. This includes most monitors and printers. Carriage calculations will be shown at the checkout.
• Certain fragile items (e.g. monitor hoods, light tubes) are not eligible due to special delivery requirements. Carriage calculations will be shown at the checkout.
• Reseller orders are not eligible for these promotions unless otherwise stated.
• Free delivery promotions apply to the UK and Europe only, unless otherwise explicity stated.
• Only orders placed within promotional periods (including orders for out of stock products) are eligible for free shipping. Standard delivery charges will apply at all other times.
