To support Color Confidence and key vendors with the design and implementation of a variety of digital activities ranging from web development to digital advertising. The candidate must have a passion for design, a highly creative mind and a strong interest in marketing. They must be highly motivated with great attention to detail and possess the ability to meet deadlines and challenges.
Proven experience in web design and digital communications.
Excellent design skills with strong working knowledge of Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, HTML and CSS3.
Design for print capability.
Excellent English with a good copywriting ability.
Desirable but not essential skills
Knowledge and use of MailChimp, Magento and Wordpress.
Experience with design for mobile communications.

IT Support Engineer
Position: Full Time
To ensure the day-to-day reliability of the company's IT infrastructure, a mixture of Windows and Macintosh clients with Windows and Linux servers (Physical and Virtual machines).
To maintain, improve and document existing IT systems.
To propose, design and implement new IT systems to support the company’s growth & future.
To ensure the company's IT resources are secure and protected with the latest upgrades and security software.
To research & implement IT solutions, which will improve the business and/or enhance user’s experience.

Manage the full needs of running a Windows domain including printer & network devices over AD.
Offer 1st and 2nd line support for staff, including remote users.
Manage the helpdesk ticketing system, to ensure all tickets are dealt with quickly and accurately.
Manage networking infrastructure including VPN access for remote and roaming users.
Ensure that backups are being regularly & accurately executed for all servers and client systems.
Report on all system, hardware & service exceptions, failures and concerns with recommendations on necessary actions.
Manage our VMware and SAN systems.
Audit servers, client applications and OS to schedule necessary upgrades and patches.
Maintain a complete and accurate list of company IT resources.
Administer the company’s mail system including the management of user accounts, junk mail filters and distribution lists.
Administer the company’s IP phone system include the management of user accounts, voicemail, remote IP phone users and call traffic.
Ensure that all servers and clients are adequately protected from external threats using anti-virus software and services.
Regularly monitor all customer-facing websites to ensure high availability.
Manage the company’s domain registrations, DNS servers and DNS routing.
Perform ad-hoc duties required by your line and senior management from time to time.

Reporting directly to the Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of the new business unit and help to drive it forward into a full commercial development operation.
Maintaining a commitment to development best practices and Agile methodologies, you’ll integrate a variety of other platforms into Magento. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to interpret their requirements and establish Magento-centric deliverables.
Additionally, you’ll develop innovative code that’s in-line with established Magento, Zend, PHP and MySQL best practices and adheres to coding standards and Agile methodologies.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience of Magento Community and Enterprise development, as well as a track record of front end, administrative and object model development. You must also have experience of using the following:

As a Netsuite Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for helping to deliver Netsuite implementation, development and integration services into our client’s existing SaaS ERP and eCommerce estate.
Your role will involve both technical and business customer requirements interpretation, ensuring a varied workload that will keep you engaged whilst developing your skill-set.
Reporting directly to the Development Manager, you’ll play a key role in the success of our client’s new operation. Initially, you’ll help to migrate several business units into Netsuite from legacy accounting and stock control packages.
As your role develops, you’ll deliver packaged Netsuite solutions to the marketplace for commercial sale and maintain a commitment to best practices and Agile methodologies.
Your other duties will include:
- Designing and building customisations to existing implementations
- Interpreting requirements and establishing deliverables
- Developing code to documented coding-standards and best practices
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- Previous ERP experience in modern systems
- Experience of Object Oriented development
- A good grounding in configuring and modifying systems in response to business requirements
Methodical and strong-minded, as a Netsuite Technical Consultant, you must have an analytical, adaptable approach with genuine enthusiasm and passion for what you do.
Ideally, you’ll have Netsuite experience, however this is by no means essential as formal Netsuite training will be provided.
